Happy Sunday everyone! Today I wanted to talk about something that is very important to me. Being self confident with yourself is very important. In the world today there are so many things out there that can put our confidence down, for me the biggest mistake I make is comparing myself to other people. Comparing hair, body, make up and so on…. this need to stop! I have listed 5 ways to how to boost your self confidence.
Anything you think or visualise has some chance of happening so if all you think is bad things that is how you’ll display yourself to the world. Instead of thinking “I can’t do this” think, “I will give this my best shot” and then the world seems a better place. It’s the same for if you buy a dress just because it looks nicer on someone maybe I won’t suit you that does not mean that there is anything wrong pick a different dress, make it work!
You are you and no one else. So no matter how much you compare yourself to someone else you will not form into that person. Easier said than done, be the best version of yourself.

Finding time for yourself
I enjoy being in the company of other people, but it is also healthy to spend a little time with yourself. Try indulging in a hobby, stop thinking about what needs to be done tomorrow and think of being in the now. Read this post to find more ways of relaxing.
Be Happy with yourself
Accept yourself for who you are and take judgment with a pinch of salt. I am very head strong person and this is shown in my personality and people have never failed to mention this over the years, I never beat myself up for this or for anything, life is too short. I believe I am fine the way I am, yes we change through life but this should be for the right reasons.
