That time of the month again, where you are wanting to splurge some money but not sure on what? Well that is where I come in! One thing to buy this month I think should be trousers. Lets face it it’s not getting and warmer and you want to invest in a pair of versatile trousers that you will get a lot of wear off! I have worn these trouser’s so many times in the past week it ridiculous, I wear these to work and out of work and everywhere in between. They are so comfortable and easy to wear and go with basically every top in my wardrobe.
Surprise, surprise they are from Topshop, I have linked below these trousers in Petite, Tall and regular. This is a very short post but I have been so affected by writer’s block lately, what do you do to get over this? any tips welcomed!
Woahhhh.. how long has it been since I’ve blogged? I feel like I have pushed my blog to the back self this past month! But I’m back.
Has anyone got the summer blues? I feel like just the thought of having to wear a jacket or not being able to wear sandals has me feeling very sad. I am very much holding onto the end of summer and refusing to stop wearing dresses and having the legs out. Is anyone else feeling this? I mean lets be honest we did only have like four days of summer this hear, well in the North east this was the case.
Anyway, I wanted to talk about this outfit and my very recent and very pretty purchase. This dress is by a brand called Glamorous I love this brand and have brought a number of dresses over the summer months. They brand their clothes in Asos and more recently Topshop. I bought this one from Asos.
It’s a very glamorous dress and not just for summer but can also be moved into your autumn wardrobe. It’s a typical white midi dress with flower pattern and a hem detail with a side split. I will be very happy to wear this in autumn with my space boots and maybe a denim jacket.
So I only just went and bought this Radley Camely Street bag in Burgundy. It’s so pretty and very much an Autumn shade. I love the detail on this bag it’s all rose gold. I have to admit the black one looks very polished and would go with more outfits but I don’t own a Burgundy bag so thought I should take the plunge. I am so exited to wear this back through autumn and into winter.
What is your favourite season?
I can’t believe it’s mid-August already, where has the time gone?? I have recently been experimenting with my fashion style and leaving behind a lot of my wardrobe staples and purchasing more clothing out of comfort zone and more into my fashion zone. Does everyone do this at one stage in life?
The worst word out there in the oxford dictionary “perfect”! We all want to be perfect, perfect hair, perfect dress even a perfect life but let’s wake up and smell the hummus. Everyone out there is trying to achieve this perfectness but was is that? What is the perfect hair or the dress or perfect relationship? I guess this is the question I want answered! Is what’s perfect for the other person right for me? Do I really want that dress cause it looks gorgeous on someone else?………….
I guess what I’m trying to say is that why???
For as long as I can remember I have wanted to be perfect, with my personality, life and style but I feel like now that I am in my 24th year in life, I need to be myself and not keep looking for this “perfectness” and embrace myself. I read so many stories on a daily basis about people out there who are depressed and have real life problems and here I am complaining about something so petty.
I just wanted to get this out there I have had this post drafted in my inbox for a very long time… now I’m going to go back to watching Friends and enjoy my version of perfect life.
Also, how perfect is this dress?
I was tagged by the lovely Lauren from Heaps of Me and Rihanna from That October princess to take part in the Liebster award. I believe this award is for the new bloggers to be noticed within the community. This is my first time in being nominated and I very thankful for this opportunity. View Post
